Structural Features

Box-type Coils

The low-voltage windings are wound with integral copper foil and F-class turn insulation on special low-voltage foil winding machines. Foil-type coils effectively solve prominent problems of low-voltage, high-current coils such as high short-circuit stress, ampere-turn imbalance, poor heat dissipation, winding spiral angle, and unstable manual welding quality. Meanwhile, the winding ends of our transformers are sealed and cured with resin for superior moisture and pollution resistance. Lead copper bars are welded by automatic argon arc welding for high connection reliability.

Temperature Control Device

The transformers are equipped with BWDK series signal thermometers, with temperature-sensing elements embedded in the middle of low-voltage windings. The device can automatically detect and cyclically display the operating temperature of each phase winding, and is equipped with overtemperature alarm and tripping functions for safe operation.
